Virginia Home Visitor Certification Pilot Study Group - May 2024

Have you taken the National Certification Pre-Assessment and scored 84% or less? Do you need a little group motivation to assist with your studies and help you feel more confident about the exam? If so, then join us the 2nd Thursday of every month from 12:30 – 2:00! 

 

During these small group sessions, we will spend time discussing: General study & test taking tips, review and discuss Pre-Assessment questions/scenarios and take a deeper dive into the Core Competency glossary and terms. Each session will spotlight a specific Competency Domain. That schedule will be sent out in advance of the session.
 
The study groups will be 1.5 hours in length. Home Visitors are encouraged to join for the session that they feel will better assist them with their exam preparations. Pilot participants are required to attend a least 6 study group sessions. Sessions will be recorded and available to those who are unable to attend live.
